Extracellular vesicles (EVs) isolated from the conditioned media of HMC3 and HUVEC cells were size-fractionated into three subpopulations: small EVs (<90 nm), medium EVs (90–180 nm), and large EVs (>180 nm). These size-defined EV subpopulations were subsequently subjected to quantitative proteomic analysis.
