Acinetobacter baumannii ATCC17978 was subjected to in vitro continuous exposure to sub-MIC polymyxin B to generate polymyxin-induced resistant strain. Differentially expressed proteins between the original strain and its induced-resistant strain were analyzed by data-independent acquisition proteomics.
