This project investigates the proteomic profiles of RBTECs (bladder transitional epithelial cells) under different inflammatory conditions. By comparing protein expression changes in RBTECs exposed to distinct inflammatory stimuli, the study aims to identify key molecular pathways, inflammation-related biomarkers, and potential regulatory mechanisms involved in bladder epithelial responses. The results may provide new insights into the pathophysiology of inflammatory bladder diseases and support the discovery of potential therapeutic targets.
