This project performed Thermal Proteome Profiling (TPP) on THP‑1 human monocytic cells to identify cellular protein targets and interactome profiles modulated by a small‑molecule compound. Quantitative proteomic analysis was conducted to detect protein stability changes upon compound treatment, aiming to reveal its molecular mechanism of action and potential therapeutic targets in immune‑related cellular models.
