This study aims to characterize the proteome of the yeast-like symbiont (YLS) within its insect host, the leafhopper Scaphoideus titanus, which is the primary vector of Flavescence dorée phytoplasma in grapevines. This data provides insight into the metabolic contributions and functional role of the YLS within the S. titanus holobiont.
