This dataset contains MHC I–associated peptides identified from human or mouse cancer cell lines using an immunopeptidomics workflow. MHC-bound peptides were isolated by immunoaffinity purification using anti–MHC-I antibodies, followed by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) analysis.
