This dataset contains global proteome profiles obtained from cultured cells using a shotgun proteomics workflow. Proteins were extracted from the samples, enzymatically digested into peptides, and analyzed by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS). The acquired spectra were searched against the reference protein database to identify and quantify proteins.
