To identified Biotin- Orf9b probe interacting proteins, we applied SPIDER assay by using Biotin-Orf9b probe in HEK293T cell lysates, and the enriched protein was identified by mass spectrometry (MS) to quantitatively find the targets of Biotin-Orf9b interactors.
