**Project Description** This dataset contains LC-MS/MS proteomics data generated from human brain samples including control individuals, sporadic Alzheimer’s disease (spAD), and rapidly progressive Alzheimer’s disease (rpAD). Brain tissue samples were subjected to protein extraction followed by short SDS-PAGE separation and in-gel digestion using trypsin. The resulting peptides were analyzed by liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Mass spectrometric analysis was performed using an Orbitrap Exploris 480 mass spectrometer operated in data-independent acquisition (DIA) mode with a 60-minute LC gradient and approximately 250 ng peptide loading. Each biological sample was analyzed in three technical LC-MS replicates. The dataset also includes IgG negative control samples. Raw data were processed using Spectronaut software with the Pulsar search engine against the UniProtKB Homo sapiens reference proteome database. Carbamidomethylation of cysteine residues was set as a fixed modification, while oxid
