This project aims to investigate the proteomic profiles of lung tissue from a Guinea pig model of allergic asthma. Asthma was induced by sensitization and challenge with ovalbumin (OVA). Lung tissues were collected from both the asthma model group and the control group. By comparing the protein expression profiles using LC-MS/MS, we seek to identify key proteins and molecular pathways involved in the pathogenesis of asthma, and to explore potential therapeutic targets. The data generated in this study will provide valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms of airway inflammation and hyperresponsiveness at the protein level.
