This study aims to investigate the potential application of migrasome proteins in the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) through proteomic analysis. Initially, migrasomes were extracted from plasma samples collected from 10 healthy individuals and 16 early-stage patients diagnosed with LUAD. Subsequently, label-free quantitative proteomics was employed to analyze the protein composition of the migrasomes derived from both cohorts. This comprehensive approach seeks to identify distinctive protein signatures that may serve as biomarkers for the early detection and diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma.
