Proteome comparison between the parent and evolved strains of Candida maltosa grown in a mixture of hydrocarbons and lipids resulting from the thermal oxo-degradation of HDPE. Proteins were identified and quantified from the yeast pellet (intracellular) and the spent media (secreted).
