This dataset assesses the effects of DELE1 on Succinylacetone (SA)- and dihydroartemisinin (DHA)-induced auto-phosphorylation of endogenous human HRI, as well as the heme-dependent repression of HRI auto-phosphorylation. This dataset identifies DELE1-induced phosphorylation sites in the second kinase domain and the kinase insert and phosphorylation sites in the second kinase domain and the kinase insert that are repressed by hemin.
