To investigate the protein-level response mechanisms of P. vannamei with high and low loads of VpAHPND and VpTPD, DEPs were identified in the AH, AL, TH, and TL groups compared with NC group, using |Log2(FC)| ≥ 0.263 and p value < 0.05.
