Dataset Summary
TitleOligomeric Assemblies of Plant Biotin Carboxylase Revealed Through Cryo-EM and Cross-Linking Flexibility
DescriptionXL-MS Study for Biotin Carboxylase (BC) of Thlaspi arvense. Purified BC was crosslinked using the DSBU crosslinker. The crosslinked BC samples, separated on SDS-PAGE gel around 100 kDa and 200 kDa, were digested with trypsin and analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Additionally, the crosslinked BC samples were denatured, reduced, alkylated, and digested with trypsin. The resulting crosslinked BC peptides were also analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Samples were analyzed using Scout and pLink 3.
