This project aims to delineate the mechanistic link between NFATc3 and ASK1 in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis. The previous results have suggested the post-translational modification in regulating the protein subcellular localization of NFAT and the kinase activity of ASK1. We therefore performed immunoprecipitation-based proteomic screens to identify the binding proteins associated with NFATc3 and ASK1.
