In the present work, we collected samples from gastrointestinal cancer patients with and without ovarian metastasis, analyzed differentially expressed proteins between primary cancers by proteomics and developed classification models, aiming to explore metastasis-related factors, which are expected to make contributions to early diagnosis and suitable treatment for Krukenberg tumor patients.
