To investigate dormancy- and NAM-responsive lysine acetylation, natural physiological dormancy sprouting (NPDS) and NAM-treated dormancy sprouting (NTDS) systems were established, followed by a 4D label-free acetyl-proteomic analysis to profile acetylation dynamics during dormancy release.
