We employed proteomic analysis to examine the combined tissue of the organ of Corti and the lateral wall from the mouse cochlea in the control, 3-day gentamicin exposure, and 10-day gentamicin exposure groups, in order to investigate the injury mechanisms of inner hair cell ribbon synapses.
