This project aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying nasal inverted papilloma (NIP) by integrating transcriptomic and proteomic datasets. High-throughput RNA sequencing and quantitative proteomics were performed on NIP tissues and matched control samples. Differential expression analysis, functional enrichment, protein–protein interaction network construction, immune infiltration analysis, and drug prediction were conducted to identify key molecular biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets associated with NIP progression and malignant transformation.
