This project presents a mass spectrometry–based proteomic dataset investigating the effects of LRY15 supplementation on boar reproductive tissues and fluids under heat stress conditions. Testis, spermatozoa, and seminal plasma samples were collected from boars exposed to heat stress with or without LRY15 intervention. Proteins were extracted from each sample type and analyzed by LC–MS/MS to characterize global proteomic profiles. The resulting dataset provides a comprehensive resource for exploring molecular alterations in male reproductive tissues and seminal components associated with heat stress and probiotic supplementation in pigs.
