We aim to develop a specific gene carrier targeting immune cells to establish an effective and precise therapeutic system for tumor treatment. Our primary goal is to address current challenges in targeting immune cells and overcome the difficulties in treating solid tumors. Our research can effectively achieve specific regulation of immune cells, enhancing their anti-tumor immune function. This approach not only directly kills tumor cells but also effectively modulates the tumor immune microenvironment, thereby offering a promising solution to the challenges in tumor therapy.
