Drosolhila Croquemort is a scavenger receptor, plays important role in apoptotic cells clearance, but the regulatory mechanism is unclear. So we expressed Croquemort-Flag in Drosophila S2 cells, using shotgun LC-MS/MS to identify proteins interactin with Croquemort.
