Proteomic profiling of intestinal epithelial cell-derived extracellular vesicles (IEC-EVs) from C57BL/6 mice. Mice were treated with either dithizone or a control solution via intraperitoneal injection. IEC-EVs were purified 6 hours post-injection and analyzed by LC-MS/MS. This dataset aims to uncover protein expression changes in IEC-EVs in response to dithizone.
