This study employed mouse brown adipose tissue as the sample, utilising TMT labelling combined with LC-MS/MS technology to conduct qualitative identification and relative quantitative analysis of its proteome. By comparing protein expression profiles between different treatment groups (control vs. cold exposure), differentially expressed proteins were identified. Functional enrichment and pathway analysis were conducted using databases such as GO and KEGG, aiming to elucidate the protein molecular mechanisms underlying brown adipose tissue's role in energy metabolism regulation. This provides data support for research into preventing frostbite-related diseases.
