To explore the underlying mechanisms of Cend1 in regulating mitochondrial functions and ATP production, immunoprecipitation combined with mass spectrometry (IP-MS) was performed to identify Cend1-interacting proteins in mitochondria by using Cend1 antibody and isolated protein lysate from WT and Cend1 KO mouse brain tissues
