SBP tagged NUDT21/CFIm25 was expressed in HEK293 cells with CPSF6 or CPSF7, respectively. SBP-NeoGreen was used as control.SBP-NUDT21 was pulled down by streptavidin beads. The precipitated proteins were identified by mass spectrometry.
