In this project, we aimed at identifying H-NS proteins co-purified with two nucleoid-associated proteins (NAPs) in Burkholderia cenocepacia H111 under standard growth conditions. We created strains expressing FLAG-tagged NAPs in addition to the untagged proteins, carried out co-immunoprecipitation experiments to purify nucleoprotein complexes resulted from nucleoid fragmentation, and identified proteins by LC-MS/MS
