Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is a heterogeneous malignancy with poor prognosis and limited therapeutic options. Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are promising sources of tumor derived proteins that may serve as noninvasive biomarkers and provide insights into therapeutic response mechanisms.
