The project establishes an easy-to-follow protocol to set up bottom-up proteomics experiments using state-of-the-art pillar-array columns and mass spectrometry. The protocol touches upon key points of the method development, discusses the trade-off between proteome depth and analysis time and demonstrates short-term robustness.
