Label free quantification of AtYchF1 (AT1G30580) and AtRPS7 (AT1G48830) overexpressing Arabidopsis lines against their respective knockdown mutant genetic background. Overexpressing lines expressing the mutant form of AtYchF1 or AtRPS7 that failed to interact with each other are included as to delineate the functional significance of their interaction.
