This project aims to investigate the proteomic responses of roots from soybean (Glycine max) inoculated with soybean cyst nematode (Heterodera glycines, SCN) versus non-inoculated (pre-inoculation) soybean roots as control. Soybean root samples were collected from both groups and subjected to quantitative proteomic analysis using LC-MS/MS-based techniques, including protein extraction, tryptic digestion, and [specify quantification method, e.g., label-free quantification or TMT-based quantification]. Differentially expressed proteins were identified to characterize molecular mechanisms underlying soybean root responses to SCN infection.
