Total proteins were extracted from wild-type japonica rice (O. sativa L.) variety Zhonghua 11 and immunoprecipitated with Anti-OsALDH2B1antibody, and then the immunoprecipitated proteins were eluted and proceeded with the LC-MS/MS assay.
