Plasma proteomics (LC-MS/MS) was performed on samples from 40 esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients undergoing neoadjuvant therapy (neoadjuvant immuno-chemotherapy or neoadjuvant chemotherapy). Samples were collected at baseline and at the end of therapy to investigate proteomic differences associated with treatment response.
