This project aims to identify proteins interacting with Neurochondrin (NCDN) in human cells. HeLa cells were transfected with either an empty vector or an NCDN expression construct, followed by mass spectrometry-based proteomic analysis. The study focuses on characterizing the NCDN interactome to provide insights into its molecular functions and potential roles in cellular processes.
