This project aims to identify and characterize proteins that interact with PKN3 using pull-down assays combined with mass spectrometry. The study will help uncover the molecular partners of PKN3 and elucidate its role in regulating RAF–MAPK signaling and melanoma progression, providing potential targets for therapeutic intervention.
