We performed integrated targeted lipidomics and untargeted metabolomics on patients' plasma (n = 81) from MPXV without HIV (MPLWOH), MPXV with HIV (MPLWH), HIV-positive without MPXV (PLWH) and healthy. Exosome proteomics and cytokine profiling complemented lipidome/metabolome analyses for functional interpretation.
