The FLAG-PDZD8 complex was purified with FLAG antibody from whole cell extracts of cells stably expressing FLAG-PDZD8 or control vector, separated by SDS-PAGE, and detected by silver staining. Shot gun analysis was performed and the peptides detected in control were subtracted from those in FLAG-PDZD8.
