The shotgun proteomics data originate from a granular biofilm microbial community involved in Enhanced Biological Phosphorus Removal. The granules were analyzed using an integrated multi-omics approach, combining metagenomics, metaproteomics, and metabolomics to investigate metabolic underlaying modes.
