Wild-type BCSC-1 and control vector were expressed in breast cancer cell MCF-7. The levels of expression were identified by Western blotting. Co-immunoprecipitation assay coupled with lipid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (co-IP-MS) and bioinformatic analysis was done to study protein-protein interactions. The partial candidate interacting proteins were validated immunofluorescence (IF). IF was also conducted to determine the cell migration of BCSC-1 and the involved domain.
