PXD067425 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | TurboID-mediated proximal labeling of Drosophila executioner caspases, Dcp-1 and Drice, in wing imaginal discs |
| Description | V5-TurboID was knock-in tagged in Drosophila executioner caspases, Dcp-1 and Drice, which are expressed in wing imaginal discs. Flies were fed with 100 µM biotin for protein biotinylation in two biological replicates. Biotinylated protein-containing lysates extracted from wing imaginal discs were subjected to FG-NeutrAvidin beads purification followed by on-beads trypsin digestion. Digested peptides were desalinated and purified using GL-tip SDB. Purified peptides were subjected to LC-MS/MS analysis. |
