This project investigates the role of CD133 in the production of protrusion-derived extracellular vesicles (PD-EVs) in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). By analyzing the molecular cargo of PD-EVs and their effects on tumor behavior, we aim to understand how they contribute to TNBC aggressiveness. Findings may reveal novel biomarkers or therapeutic targets, offering new insights into TNBC diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment strategies.
