To determine the proteins that interact with ankyrin repeat and SOCS box-containing 9 (ASB9) in mouse testes, two separate immunocoprecipitation (IP) experiments were carried out. The samples from these experiments were then analyzed by LC-MS/MS and underwent Label-free quantification.
