Proteomics sequencing was utilized to investigate the key pathways and genes regulating hybridoma homeostasis and antibody production. Two phenotypes, including functional and dysfunctional hybridomas exhibiting and lacking binding specificity against chlorothalonil (a representative fungicide), were screened via limiting dilution and used for sequencing.
