Liver fibrosis is a pathological process caused by chronic liver injury, characterized by abnormal ECM deposition, which can progress to cirrhosis and liver cancer. Qinggan Jianpi Huoxue Prescription (QGJPHXP) is a traditional Chinese medicine used to improve liver fibrosis and regulate liver-spleen function. This study aimed to investigate its anti-liver fibrosis mechanisms using TMT-based quantitative proteomics and PRM-targeted proteomics in a CCl₄-induced rat model.
