A large subgroup of Common Variable Immunodeficiency (CVID) patients has autoimmune and inflammatory complications (CVIDCOMP), associated with T cell and monocyte pathology. This dataset comprises untargeted proteomic analyses of CD3+ T cells and CD14+ monocytes isolated from patients with CVID, CVIDCOMPCOMP, alongside with healthy controls.
