In this project, we performed comprehensive proteomic and phosphoproteomic characterization of tumor tissues from patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC), non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC), and adjacent non-cancerous tissues. This approach aimed to elucidate the relationship between phenotypic perturbations and phosphorylated peptides. Integrated plasma metabolomics analysis effectively distinguished metabolite profiles among MIBC patients, NMIBC patients, and healthy individuals.
