Cell lines representing five distinct phenotypes of high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma (HGSOC), including Epithelial (E), Intermediate-Epithelial (iE), Epithelial-Mesenchymal Hybrid (E/M), Intermediate-Mesenchymal (iM), and Mesenchymal (M), previously classified in our laboratory based on the expression patterns of the transcription factors TCF21 and SLUG (Varankar. S. et al. Carcinogenesis. 2019), were subjected to 48 hours of serum starvation (SS) or maintained in normal serum-fed conditions (+S) 24 hours post-seeding in triplicate. Following the treatment conditions, samples were harvested and analyzed using Orbitrap mass spectrometry.
