In this project, we utilized Data-Independent Acquisition (DIA) quantitative proteomics technology for our research. Across the 12 samples, a total of 9,656 proteins were identified, all of which were quantitatively analyzed. Samples were collected from the skin mucus of grass carp. The grass carp were subjected to stress experiments under different alkalinity conditions for a period of 7 days. Skin mucus was collected at the end of the experiment.
