Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA), prevalent in northeastern Thailand, has a poor prognosis due to late diagnosis, incomplete tumor removal, drug resistance, and limited chemotherapy effectiveness. Affordable and effective treatments are needed. This research investigates the effects of combination of melatonin and gemcitabine against CCA in vitro and in vivo.
